We will rebuild or replace carburetors as required using quality parts and our ultra sonic cleaner.  We rebuild all carburetors for major brand outboards 2005 and newer that have parts readily available.  Did you know that running your engine dry does not drain your carburetor?  You will still have some fuel left in the bowl.  Using marine grade fuel stabilizer at all times in the fuel will help prevent phase separation that will occur when the ethanol separates from the fuel.  Once separated, it will not go back together even if you shake it.  Ethanol is not harmful to your motor unless it separates from the fuel.  This can cause hard starts, stalling and rough running.  If your motor is not put away properly for the winter months the fuel left in the carburetor will evaporate and all the additives in the fuel will stay in the bowl.  This sediment will turn into a sludge which will plug your carburetor jets.
